As usual Rachel’s customer care was amazing when I needed to contact her about delivery arrangements to 2 different addresses. ALL the glasses I ordered were lovely and the recipients were delighted! Her glasses make such lovely Christmas presents and I expect to be buying more from her in future. Highly recommended.

I love this, it really brightens up any day! Would make a perfect gift but after dropping a few hints and getting nowhere I bought this for myself, worth every penny!

Website gets a 5. Didn’t require customer service. Individual glass boxes and shipping box arrived so beat up I expected broken glasses – they were okay, but we had to re-package for gifting. So 1 for delivery.

Love my rainbow! It’s going to be perfect for my new home. There are crystals on both sides so really good value for money!!
Really nice, good quality mask which fits well. Nicely packaged and including some spare stones was a lovely touch.
